Wikipedia is one of my destination to obtain new trivial or knowledge to tell. There are so many links related so you will go to deep inside of it.

5. Colouring (It's not boring)

Sometimes I use colouring app which is so fun, you can use them for free. I sometimes do colouring and just 15-30 min to finish, but if you want to make it better, it could take so much time so be careful!

Consuming content on tiktok itself is useless and just time-consuming, but why not starting to post some creative and inspirational content on tiktok? Instead of getting bored all the time, you can be an influencer!

Animal farm is great book written by George Orwell, a short novel written during World War II and published in 1945. It tells the story of a group of farm animals who revolt against their keeper. Why we get bored?

We now understand being ‘bored, as defined by Lexico, as:

“feeling weary and impatient because one is unoccupied or lacks interest in one’s current activity”.

But this definition somewhat underplays the importance of boredom.

If not properly addressed, research has shown that chronic boredom can have serious consequences, ranging from depression and feeling alone to problems with your physical health.

You might be easily getting bored because of your lack of curiosity. Just be curious, thinking about "WHY" would be important.

Why is the sky blue? Why is Coke so addictive? Why do people discriminate each other? Why did Russia start to attack Ukraine without any good reasons?

New environment and new friends will bring you new perspective. Meet global friends online might be helpful to make it happen.

I am Japanese and of course I have very different background. When I started to talk with Indian guy or Nigerian guy, lives are so different, I never get bored to listen to them.
